We aim to dispatch all orders the next day (Excluding bank holidays and weekends). For example, orders placed on a Tuesday will be picked, packed & shipped on Wednesday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be sent on a Monday.
No, there is nothing in a delivered parcel that shows the recipient who how much it has cost. Of course, any gifts with a personalised message will have that included.
Our delivery costs vary depending on the service and products you select. You will see these costs during checkout, and we confirm them before you complete and pay for your order. We use Royal Mail and other courier companies for our parcel delivery. We have an ‘at cost’ delivery promise which means we only pass on delivery costs and don’t use them to make profits for the business.
For our website and technology, we use the latest encryption standards as wells the expected HTTPS protocol. In addition, for your peace of mind, we have chosen not to collect and store any card details you use to pay for your order. Instead we use highly reputable third-party payment services such as STRIPE. This ensures a high level of security and protection.
While this is in theory possible, we discourage it. The reason being that delivery timescales are not guaranteed and release from maternity wards can happen quite quickly. We suggest taking advantage of our letterbox products, so your gift set is waiting as soon as your recipients visit their home.
We currently do not deliver outside the UK. We may change this as time goes on.
You will find the facility to add a discount / promotional code during checkout. And discounts will be applied to your basket at that stage.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express via our payment provider STRIPE.
Not all delivery options include tracking information. For those that do we will email you the tracking information once we have dispatched your order.
It can sometimes take longer than expected for our couriers and Royal Mail to fulfil their deliveries. If your gift set has not arrived within 14 days of our shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will work with you to see what has happened.
The very nature of our products mean we are constantly keeping our supply chain on their toes. There are times when individual items in a gift set are out of stock, or we’ve made content, style or design changes and not re-shot the photography. In these cases we replace items with alternates. We ensure that any items we replace are similar to the original and of the same or greater value.
